Wednesday:- 8:30 am - 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Thursday:- Closed
Friday:- 8:30 am - 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Saturday:- Closed
Sunday:- Closed

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST CHIROPRACTIC VISIT?
During your first visit at Healthquest we will have you start by filing out some basic paperwork explaining what kind of symptoms you have been having, where you are experiencing pain, a full health history, and basic personal information. From there, Dr. Hoffman will do a full body examination and talk to you about the symptoms you have been having. After the examination is complete he will then create a chiropractic care plan.
IS CHIROPRACTIC COVERED BY INSURANCE?
Some insurance plans do cover all or a portion of chiropractic care. Please check with your provider prior to your visit to see what your plan offers.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash and check only.
IS IT SAFE TO SEE A CHIROPRACTOR WHILE PREGNANT?
Often times, women find spinal adjustments during pregnancy to alleviate painful symptoms of pregnancy. Studies have also shown that chiropractic adjustments leading up to delivery help reduce pain and duration of labor and delivery. We also recommend seeing a chiropractor 3 to 6 weeks post- delivery to ensure proper re-alignment as labor can take a toll on the body.
